Start with

Good starters if you're eating at the table. The Satay and Chicken Spring Roll are easy choices for a group. The Lotus Stem Tempura is vegetarian and worth trying.

The Thai Curry Soup Dumplings (XLB) is the most distinctive — yellow curry broth inside the skin. The Tenderloin Gyoza and Wild Mushroom Dumplings are solid choices for the table. On the rolls side, the Absolute Signature Roll and Crunchy Prawn Tempura Roll are the ones to try.

Curries

All three curries — green, red, yellow — come with pan-seared shokupan (milk bread), roasted peanuts, fried shallots, and sweet pickled cucumber. The Green is the freshest. The Yellow is the most approachable. The Red is richer and spicier.
